Santagram provides personalised AI-generated video messages from Santa Claus. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Santagram only for its intended purpose: creating festive videos for children. You must not submit inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content in the personalisation fields.

Content ownership

You retain rights to the personal information you provide. The generated video is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may share it with family and friends.

Refunds

If we fail to deliver your video within 24 hours of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us to request one.

Liability

Santagram is provided "as is". We do our best to create magical experiences but cannot guarantee the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Santagram after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
