When you create a Santagram, we collect the information you provide: your email address, your child's first name, age, town, and the personalisation details you enter.

How we use it

We use this information solely to generate your personalised Santa video and to send you the link when it's ready. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing purposes.

Data storage

Your data is stored securely on servers in the EU. Videos are stored for 1 year after creation, after which they may be deleted.

Third parties

We use the following services to provide Santagram:

• Vercel (hosting)
• Stripe (payment processing)
• AI services for video generation

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We will delete all associated data within 30 days.
